BRVFC started their busy day with an accident with injuries on 422 EB. BRVFC members had to quickly clear the scene as they were alerted to to another call for a gas leak at Upper Providence Police station. BRVFC along with Royersford Fire Department (98) and Township of Upper Providence Department of Fire and Emergency Service (93) responded to the call. As units were on scene they were alerted to 3 other calls for gas leaks outside/inside in Upper Providence and Royersford. Chief 99 was alerted by Chester County Chief 63 that they had a 6 inch gas line break on Route 724 in Chester County. Crews concluded that this was the cause of the strong gas odor in the area.
