At approximately 1:31PM BRVFC and UPT Fire & Emergency Services (93) were dispatched to assist Lower Providence Fire Department (53) on a building fire with smoke in the building.
Crews had smoke in the building with an unknown source. Engine 93 arrived and hit the hydrant in front of the building. Engine 99-1 responded with a crew of 5 and prepared to feed Engine 93.
Engine 99-1 crew was assigned to stand by as RIT. Crews found a unit on the roof to be the source of the smoke. Engine 99-1 also assisted in restoring Engine 93 & Squad 53.
