Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to Fire Police Captain Bill Steiger, Fire Police Lieutenant Chris Steiger, and Jeff Pursell by the Borough of West Chester. The three Black Rock VFC members provided assistance at the Barclay Friends Senior Living fire in West Chester last year.
