On Sunday, October 28th, Upper Providence Township held its first Trunk or Treat. Despite it having to be rescheduled from Saturday, there was a great turnout of kids! Black Rock VFC's TAC 99 unit was in attendance, with Fire Captain McGrory and President LoCasale handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters. The TAC was even decked out for Halloween!
