Last night BRVFC Duty Crew handled 2 calls.

The first call came in just as the crew was grabbing dinner at 7:21 PM for a report of an odor of something burning in the residents. Assistant 68-1 arrived on scene along with Engine 68-1. Crews had an odor that was contributed to burnt food from the next door neighbor.

2nd call came in at 9:31 PM for a reported building fire at The Movie Tavern. UPT Fire and Emergency Services Engine 68 arrived as first due Engine with Engine 68-1 arriving behind them as 2nd due Engine. Crews found a faulty cord to a cooking appliance to be the issue. Crews investigated for about 15 mins then let everyone back in to enjoy their movie.
