At approximately 4:08 PM Engine 68-1 and UPT Fire and Emergency Services Engine 68 were dispatch to assist Phoenixville Fire Department (65) on a working dwelling fire. Chief 65 arrived on scene with fire showing from the roof of multiple units and requested the 2nd Alarm.
