Car flips on Mill Rd.

At approximately 2:33 PM BRVFC, UPT Fire & Emergency Services along with Collegeville Fire Company and Lower Providence Ambulance were dispatched to Mill Rd. for a Vehicle Rescue with one car flipped on its roof.
