At approximately 2:34 AM BRVFC, UPT Fire & Emergency Services, and Trappe Fire Company along with mutual aid were dispatched to a reported chimney fire.
Police arrived on the scene with fire from the roof. Engine 68 crew pulled a hand line to extinguish the fire while Tower 68-1 crew assisted with opening up walls and ceiling to get to the fire. Crews were on the scene for 3 hours. The fire is under investigation by the fire marshal's office.
